The Bronx Community College Broncos won their 11th game of the regular season 80 to 74 over the Queensborough Community College Tigers at RFK Gymnasiuim in Bayside, NY.

The Broncos came out strong from the start.  Pressing the Tigers quickly provided an advantage and a scoring lead.  The Broncos 1st half leading scorers Jhalil Mason (14 points) and Richard Lue (12 Points) helped put the Broncos team ahead by 18 points.

Then, things happened - a scoring drought and no able to stop the Tigers offense change the situation.

The Tigers started the second half attacking the Broncos offense with pressure of their own and by scoring 8 three-point baskets bringing their team within 4 points.  The Broncos scoring drought was real and now the game situation was in emergency mode.

With Richard Lue scoring 16 points and Jhalil Mason and Gabriel Cruz shooting solidly at the free throw line, the Broncos were able to secure what turned out to be a hard earned six point win over the Tigers.

When the Broncos play with balance and efficiently the result is a win.
