Spring 2026 Recreation Hours:

Monday
• 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. — Yoga (Room 305)
• 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. — Cardio (Room 200)

Tuesday
• 12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. — Cardio (Room 200)

Wednesday
• 12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. — Cardio (Room 200)
• 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. — Basketball/Volleyball, Table Tennis, Boxing, Weight Room

Thursday
• 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. — Cardio (Room 200)
• 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. — Basketball, Table Tennis, Boxing, Weight Room

Friday
• 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. — Cardio (Room 200)
• 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. — Basketball, Table Tennis, Boxing, Weight Room

Additional Information/Things to Know:

- The morning yoga session, in collaboration with Student Personal Counseling, will continue this semester.
- There is new cardio equipment, which will be available Monday through Friday
- If you plan to participate during recreation hours, please enter through the back doors of the Alumni Gymnasium. 
- You must change in the locker room, and leave your belongings in the locker room. You are required to bring your own lock to secure your items
