The Bronx Community College Broncos women's volleyball team defeated the Fashion Institute of Technology Tigers team by score of 3-1 tonight at Historic Alumni Gymnasium.

The Broncos broke a long streak of nearly a decade of Bronx losses to the Tigers

Bronx scored 55 points in the match.  The Broncos team served 13 aces and had 29 assists during the games.

Ashley Suarez played well with 14 kills and 15 digs.  Also playing well were Eriadna Rachell Vasquez Bautista,, Samantha Nunez, Sergi Nuvani Ramirez Flores, Yanibel Brito, Tania Perez and Sthefany Jimenez.
