With the changes in temperature and wind, the Fall colors are starting to be seen in our region.

The Bronx CC Fall sports teams travelled to Stone Ridge, NY and to Pier 40 in Manhattan for important NJCAA, Division III, Region XV and CUNY Athletic Conference matches.

In Stone Ridge, NY, the Bronx CC Women's  Volleyball team won their 2nd game of the season over Dutchess Community College by score of 3 - 0.  In the 2nd game of the dual match, the Lady Broncos loss to Ulster County Community College by score of 3 - 0.

Both matches were important because the Lady Broncos have demostrated teamwork, energy and consistant play.  However, there are moments in the matches were the offense and the defense goes into temporary up-and-down play that impacts the final result.   Team play with impact is the area that the Lady Broncos face as a challenge to overcome.  

This is a good team that plays with momentum and plays with toughness.

For example, the match with Ulster County CC was intense.  The Lady Broncos team work effort was strong and was not afraid to the head-to-head situations in a set.  Defense and blocking throughout the match were key.  Head Coach Ingrid Carmona stated after the game that "this team will continue focusing in mastering all the elements of team play to reach our potential to win."

Stephanie Hernandez and Hualeska Garcia had good all-around games.  Sergi Nuvani Ramirez Flores did her setter job with 11 and 16 assists in the matches.    Eriadna Rachell Vasquez Bautista is gaining experience and playing intelligently as an attacker and defender.  

The season record of the Lady Broncos is Win - 2  Loss - 6.   In the CUNY AC, the team record is 0 - 3.

At the same time the  Bronx CC Men's Soccer team played a morning game against Borough of  Manhattan Community College (BMCC) Panthers.  The final score was BMCC - 3 Bronx CC - 0.

The season record of the Broncos is Win - 1  Loss - 5.   In the CUNY AC, the team record is 1 - 1.
