Box Score 9/11/2014 – Bronx, NY

In a non-conference matchup the Women's Volleyball team couldn't tame the Passaic Panthers after a strong start.  The team fell 1-3 (27-25, 19-25, 17-25, 7-25). 

Bronx came out on top in the first game after exchanging points for much of the action.  BCC was down to game point at 22-24 and it looked like the Panthers would take the first.  But the Lady Broncos fought back and swung the score their way to take the first set.  The team held a lead in each of the next two games, but sustained rallies by PCCC gave them an advantage they wouldn't let go of the rest of the way.

Izet Colon had 7 kills and 5 digs while Amy Ortiz had 4 assists.  Kaylee Rodriguez chipped in with 7 digs of her own and Yeidy Montes De Oca put up 6 digs to go with 5 services aces.
With the loss the Lady Broncos fall to 0-2 on the young season.  They return to action on Saturday, September 13^th as they travel to Hostos CC to take on FIT and BMCC in a regional Multi-Match.  For the complete Women's Volleyball schedule, click here.
