On Thursday, October 24th, the Women's Volleyball team played host to Westchester Community College in their final dual match of the season.  Though, the team lost 0-3 to the Lady Westcos, the night was a special one as BCC said farewell to 3 second-year players.  Katarzyna Urena, Victoria Opputeh and Indiana Guzman were honored with special posters and flowers as they completed their junior college eligibility. 

Urena, a CUNYAC and Regional Scholar Athlete had been injured for much of the season and did not play.  Team leadership was left to Opputeh and Guzman, who stepped up and mentored some of the new players this season. 

On Saturday, October 26th, the Lady Broncos split in their final competition of the season.  Though they lost to Orange CC 0-3, they earned a hard fought victory against Sullivan CC 3-1 to cap off the year.
