The Bronx Community College women's basketball team dropped its final CUNYAC contest of the 2017-2018 season, falling to the Caimans of Hostos Community College by a score of 93-25 on Thursday evening. With the loss, the Broncos dipped to a mark of 2-17 on the year (1-7 CUNYAC). The Caimans improved to 19-2 on the season, and an unblemished 7-0 in conference play.

Despite the loss for Bronx Community College, the Broncos were led by Eriadna Rachell Vasquez Bautista, as she posted team-highs of seven points and six steals while also grabbing five rebounds. Kayla Martinez added six points, and Asia Nelson snatched a team-high 10 rebounds.

The Broncos will close out their regular season on February 15, as Bronx Community College will travel to Valhalla, NY to take on Westchester Community College. Start-time for the non-conference contest is scheduled for 5:00pm. The game will serve as a rematch of  a contest that the Broncos and Vikings played at the Alumni Gymnasium back on February 6, in which Bronx Community College picked up a hard-fought, 64-61 win.
