All the games played during the week ending on December 4, 2016 were close, evenly match competition.  Team play where players worked together was essential for success.  The teams that performed as taught, produced winning results.

The Bronx Community College Lady Broncos Women's Basketball team played an away game at LaGuardia Community College Red Hawks in Long Island City, NY and loss the game 75 - 63.  The game was even until the Lady Broncos were not able to match the trading of baskets and did not stop the Red Hawks from scoring.

The season record for the Lady Broncos is Win - 4 Loss - 4.   In the CUNY Athletic Conference the season record is  Win - 1 Loss - 2.
 

The Men's team played 4 games during the week.  The won 2 and loss 2 games including their first loss of the CUNY Athletic Conference regular season schedule.

The season record for the team is Win - 9 Loss - 3.  In the CUNY Athletic Conference the season record is 1 - 1

First year player # 3 David Ramirez individual performance during the 2 games the Broncos played in the 34th Roadrunner Classic Tournament hosted by Rowan College at Gloucester County in Sewell, NJ. was remarkable.  

On December 2 and 3, 2016, Ramirez scored 40 and 25 points respectively.  David Ramirez was selected to the All-Tournament Team.

The Bronx CC Women's & Men's teams are good units when their team work and play strategy leads to team goal achievement.

There are no better sports individuals than those representing the Broncos in athletic competition.
