The Bronx Community College Women's basketball team has prepared well for the regular season.

The Lady Broncos played their first home game on November 3, 2016 in Alumni Gymnasium.  The team won over Bergen Community College (NJ) by the score of 57 - 49 in a competitive game.

On November 5, 2016, the Bronx CC team travelled to Newark, NJ to play at Essex County College.  The final score was 83 - 53 with Essex CC ahead.

At the end of the 1st week of the regular season play, the Lady Broncos record is Win - 1 Loss - 1.

The Bronx CC team has 3 returning players and 9 players that played their first college level games during this week.  The team play during the week showed that getting used to play together as a sychonized unit is a process that takes time and practice.

This team plays hard and will improve as the regular season schedule moves along.
