The Bronx Community College Broncos Men's Soccer team traveled to Suffern, NY to play the Rockland Community College Hawks.

The Broncos loss by the score of 3 - 2

The Bronx team season record is Win - 0 Loss - 2.


Both teams played with motivation, energy and the desire to win.  There was constant action in the scoring attacks and in the defensive strategy to stop the effort.  It was an exciting match.

Mohammed Jagne and Darius Leyland scored goals for the Broncos.  They took 6 shots on goals.  Jagne had an assist.  The Bronx team took 11 shots in the game.

On defense, the Broncos effort was solid.  The team is improving in coverage and in disrupting the other team offensive set plays by avoiding mistakes.  Momodou Dampha, Hector Rosado, Henderson Bruney, Henry Adusei and Faham Adisa worked hard in carrying out their defensive assignments.

However, in soccer, things happen.

Hamzah Mohsen made 5 saves while protecting the goal.  The Hawks scored 3 goals.


The Broncos will play their 1st home game of the season on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at beautiful Ohio Field starting at 4:00 PM vs Kingsborough Community College The Wave.  This will be a CUNY Athletic Conference match.
