Box Score Bayside, NY - 10/16/2013   

On Wednesday, October 16th, the Men's Soccer team fought mightily in their first appearance in the CUNAYC Championship Game in 10 years.  The Broncos took on CUNYAC rival Queensborough in a rematch of the top seeded teams.

The Broncos started the game playing agressive, but it was Queensborough who jumped out to the early lead with a goal in the first period.  The score stayed the same for much of the second half, with goalkeeper Alejandro Rico making several amazing saves to keep the Broncos close.  In the 81st minute, the Tigers were able to add another goal, and though Bronx fought hard to the end, they fell 2-0 once again.

BCC finishes the CUNYAC segment as the runners up, but their season continues as they fight for a spot in the NJCAA Regional Tournament.  The Broncos return to action on Saturday, October 19th as they travel to Ulster CC for a 1pm match.
