Bronx defeated by Dutchess in convincing fashion at Falcon Hall Gymnasium Tuesday evening

The Broncos' men's basketball team is still searching for its first victory of the 2025-2026 campaign, as Bronx fell to the Falcons of Dutchess by a score of 120-47. The contest took place at Falcon Hall Gymnasium in Poughkeepsie, NY. With the loss, Bronx slipped to a mark of 0-8, while the Falcons improved to 8-1.

Despite the loss for the Broncos, Alexander Hattel led the way with 13 points (6-9 FG) to go along with six rebounds, four assists, and three steals. Newcomer Said Martin added 11 points and eight rebounds, and Jacob Ortiz and Alan Pimentel added six points apiece.

Bronx struggled shooting the basketball, connecting on just 29.3 percent of their attempts from the floor (17-58). The Broncos pulled down 22 rebounds, swiped five steals, and added four assists. Bronx also turned the ball over 25 times.

The Broncos will now break for the Thanksgiving holiday before returning to the court on Thursday, December 4, as Bronx will welcome the Express of Monroe-Bronx to the Alumni Gymnasium. Start-time for that contest is scheduled for 8:00pm.
