th minute as freshman forward
Elder Rabanales finished a through ball from fellow freshman midfielder
Ahmed Owusu to break the tie and put the Broncos ahead 2-1. The Bronx played strong defense for the rest of the match and claimed the 2-1 victory over Westchester CC.
A win over a quality opponent this late in the season goes a long way for the Broncos hopes of competing in postseason soccer. The Broncos have won their second game in a row and improve their record to 4-3-0 (0-1-0) as Westchester drops to 5-5-0.
