Broncos unable to establish rhythm in three set defeat to SUNY Ulster Friday evening

The Broncos women's volleyball team wasn't able to generate much momentum on Friday evening, falling to the Senators of SUNY Ulster in straight sets, by scores of 16-25, 9-25, and 8-25. With the defeat, Bronx slipped to 0-7 on the 2019 season.
 
Despite the loss for Bronx, Nossamba Kone recorded a pair of kills while registering three digs. Alondra Mesa contributed five digs, four assists, and a kill, and Floranni Tejada and Nicole Santos added six digs apiece. Tejada also finalized her evening with a pair of block solos.

Bronx will return to action on Sunday afternoon, as the Broncos will travel to Suffern, NY to compete in a tri-match. Bronx will take on Westchester C.C. at noon, before taking on SUNY Rockland at 1:30pm.
