The Broncos' men's basketball team picked up a dramatic victory on Sunday, defeating the Blue Jays of Manor College by a score of 85-84 in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. With the victory, Bronx improved to a mark of 2-5 on the 2018-2019 campaign.

Versatile standout Tilquan Rucker was terrific for the Broncos in today's win, as he posted game-highs of 32 points and seven steals. He also snatched 10 rebounds and added a pair of assists. Malik Hamilton connected on four shots from downtown and finished with 19 points, a game-high seven assists, and a pair of rebounds, and Hector Montano posted another double-double with 16 points, 14 rebounds, four steals, and two assists.

Despite the loss for the Blue Jays, Yoshua Diaz netted a team-best 20 points while hitting on seven of his 13 shots from the floor. He also grabbed three rebounds and added a pair of steals. Maleek View scored 17 points and recorded five assists, and Robert Tucker posted a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Finally, it was Carl Robinson dropping in 11 points and pulling down 10 rebounds.

Bronx will return to action on Tuesday evening, as the Broncos will host Dutchess County Community College. Start-time for that game at the Alumni Gymnasium is set for 8:00pm.
