"I play volleyball because it's a way to deal with stress, it helps me focus, and I love the sport.  I want to be a part of the Bronx Community College Women's volleyball team because I want to improve with the rest of the student-athletes.  The team is united and the players help each other improve.  My individual goal is to be a better person and succeed in life.  As a team member, I will improve my skills, communicate and help my teammates.  I will sacrifice my time by working diligently to win games.  I expect my teammates to communicate, get along with one another, and improve as a group.  I expect my coaches to help me improve and get better."
