BRONX, NY - @BCCCuny celebrated its 62nd annual commencement ceremony Friday, and five Bronco student-athletes walked across the stage to celebrate this tremendous moment and achievement. 
 
We honor: 
Warda Ali (WBB)
Kiana Castillo (WVB) 
N'Famara Diawara (MSO)
Widner German (BB)
Zouera Sofiani (WVB)
 

• Ali started 13 of 15 games in the 2019-20 season at guard and 1.7 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. 
• Castillo played at the outside hitter position and totaled 16 points, 32 attacks, nine blocks and eight kills in 13 contests for the 2021 season. 
• Diawara played at the defensive position and started eight of nine games in the 2021 season.
• German appeared in six games in the 2020 season and totaled 14 at bats, two hits and an RBI with a .143 batting average. 
• Sofiani played at the outside hitter position totaling 40 sets, nine digs, eight points, four service aces, three kills, two blocks in 13 matches, starting five.  

 
We wish our graduating student-athletes nothing but continued success in their future endeavors.
