Bronx lose CUNYAC Championship Semifinal Game 68-61

The Bronx Community College Broncos men's basketball team loss to the Queensborough Community College Tigers by the score of 68-61 in the semifinal game of the CUNY Athletic Conference Championship tournament.   The game was played in the Borough of Manhattan Community College Gymnasium.

The Broncos team effort, energy and intensity were strong the whole game.   At the end of the1st half, the team lead by the score of 37-29.  The team shot well and controlled the basketball while making plays that resulted in baskets.

In the 2nd half of the game, the Bronx were not able to stop the offensive attack of hte Queensborough team the last 8 minutes of the game.  Missed shot opportunities and turnovers hurt the Broncos efforts at critical times.

Enmanuel Garcia scored 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 steals.   Malik Dale scored 16 points.  Blaise Atanga scored 8 points and 7 rebounds.  Ramon Santos IV had 7 assists and scored 6 points.  Agustin Fernandez had 11 rebounds and scored 4 points.  Christopher Mills scored 6 points.
