The Bronx Community College Broncos baseball team played two games in Bellerose, NY against the Queensborough Community College Tigers.  The games marked the start of play in the CUNY Athletic Conference season schedule.

Queensborough CC won both games by scores of 7 - 5 in the first game and 6 - 1 in the second game.

The Bronx CC team started slow in both games and was not able to produce a comeback while having many opportunities.

Freshman Marlon Bautista played well in both games.  He had a home run and two doubles in the day.

The Broncos season record is now Win - 2 Loss - 7.
