Box Score 1/15/14 – New York, NY

In both a CUNYAC and Region XV matchup, the Broncos Men's Basketball team fell to BMCC, 80-63.  The overall scoring total was the lowest of the season for BCC who previously was averaging 86.4 points per game.

Kevin Vanderpool led the way with 21 points while Stephen Wilson had 16 points and 10 rebounds.  Abdel Peguero added 10 points and 5 rebounds as well. 

On a cold winter night, the Broncos offense had trouble scoring early and often as the Panthers hit shots with consistency.  BCC hit the midway point trailing by 14, 42-28.  Though the scoring improved in the second half, the Broncos were unable to move the game closer as BMCC was steady the rest of the way en route to the win.

With the loss, the Broncos fall to 11-5 overall and 6-5 within Region XV.  The team returns to action on Thursday, January 16^th at 7pm as they play host to Kingsborough CC in a CUNYAC matchup.
