Box Score The Broncos' women's basketball team suffered a defeat to Bergen Community College on Friday evening, falling to the Bulldogs by a score of 51-23 at the Alumni Gym. With the defeat, the Broncos dipped to a mark of 2-9 on the 2018-2019 season.

Despite the loss for Bronx, Asia Nelson continued her productive season, recording yet another double-double with a team-high 10 points and a game-high 24 points. Shanellys Valdez added nine points and 13 caroms, as well.

In a winning effort for Bergen, Liana Martinez connected on seven of her 11 shots from the floor to finish with a game-high 17 points. Allison Bryan and Anira Calamia scored 14 points apiece, as well.

The Broncos will return to the court on Tuesday evening, as they'll take on the Vikings of Westchester Community College at the Alumni Gym. Start-time is scheduled for 5:00pm.
